A brief presentation will be provided at 7 p.m. on all evenings.
The City of Ottawa is currently developing a Stormwater Management Strategy. This initiative will provide a long-term plan to guide the safe and effective management of stormwater runoff from urban and urbanizing areas, while sustaining the health of local streams and rivers.
This study is being carried out as a Master Plan in accordance with the requirements of Phases 1 and 2 of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment, which is an approved process under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act.
The Stormwater Management Strategy is being developed in three stages:
As part of the public consultation for this study, a series of Open Houses will be held for each of the study’s three stages.
The purpose of this first series of Open Houses is to provide an opportunity for the public to:
