Meredith Brown, The Riverkeeper will be speaking at the monthly meeting of the YMCA Friday Luncheon Discussion Club and the presentation will be held at the Y on 63 Roberts St in the Georgian Room.
Meredith will talk about the Riverkeeper organization, why they got started and how they are working to protect the ecological integrity of the Ottawa River. She will discuss some of the major threats the river is facing today and what we can do to help. Significant time will be left after the presentation for discussion and questions.
