Speaker Series: Paddling in the Ottawa River Watershed

The Ottawa RIVERKEEPER Speaker Series is open to all and free of charge; however donations to Ottawa RIVERKEEPER are encouraged. Each evening, two speakers are invited to deliver an important message to raise public awareness. The presentation will be followed by a 20 minute Question and Answer period. PADDLING IN THE OTTAWA RIVER WATERSHED

Experienced and adventurous paddler Max Finkelstein will give a presentation about recreational paddling on the Ottawa River and will focus his presentation on “cool spots to paddle in the National Capital Region”.
Participants will be invited to join Max and the RIVERKEEPER during the Ottawa RIVERKEEPER celebration of Rivers Day on Sunday June 11, 2006.
