January signals the start of exercise programs for many, including those who participate in the sport of triathlon. Triathlon Ottawa is hosting a kick off event to help everyone start 2006 with enough motivation to see them through the season. Ironman Legend Dave Scott is considered by many to be the greatest triathlete of all time. Scott will be joined on stage at this year’s event by 3 time National Champion Sharon Donnelly. Each will share motivational words and then take part in a Question & Answer panel discussion.
All proceeds from this event go to Ottawa Riverkeeper. Tickets are $25, seats are limited.
