Former Treasury Board official Jay Morrison will go from the Gulf of St. Lawrence to the Beaufort Sea.
The trip will take Mr. Morrison along the Ottawa and French rivers to Georgian Bay and Lake Superior up the Kaministquia River to Quetico the Rainy River to Lake of the Woods and the Winnipeg River to Lake Winnipeg then the Churchill River to La Loche and the Clearwater River in northern Saskatchewan. He expects a faster descent on the Clearwater Athabaska Slave and Mackenzie rivers to the Beaufort Sea. Follow his trip on the CPAWS site.
