Shoreline Cleanup at Mooney’s Bay – July 8th, 2021

It’s time to give back to our local beaches! Join us July 8th from 6-8pm for a shoreline cleanup at Mooney’s Bay in Ottawa!

Ottawa Riverkeeper will provide hand sanitizer, gloves and bags at the beach. However, we encourage volunteers to bring their own equipment as well. It is crucial to wear sturdy, appropriate footwear and clothing, and, if you wish, to bring a reusable water bottle and bug spray. Although the event is taking place outside we encourage you to wear masks when unable to keep physical distance!

WHEN: July 8th 2021, from 6 to 8pm
