Yes! The building is accessible – with accessible washrooms, access ramp and an elevator.

It is available to rent from 8:30am to 5:00pm, from Monday to Friday. We can accommodate some requests that fall outside of these hours and these are considered on a case by case basis.

Please note that we are not currently taking weekend bookings.

The boardroom is available at a daily rate of $625 + tax. We offer a 10% discount for not-for-profit organizations.

Yes! Parking is on a first come first served basis with limited parking at P3 and more parking available at P4 (a 5-10 minute walk).

Yes! The Boardroom is equipped with a 75” movable screen and multiple camera and speaker options to accommodate hybrid meetings and digital presentations.

Prefer low tech? We have you covered! – A large 2 sided whiteboard is available for your use.

• We provide water and water glasses
• There is a small kitchen with a coffee maker/microwave/kettle/fridge that you are welcome to use.
• You are welcome to bring in your own food, or order catered meals from any local catering companies or restaurants.
• There is a seasonal café onsite where your group can purchase food and drinks, it is run by Bytown Catering. They recommend that groups larger than 10 place a catering order.
