On Monday, September 9th, Ottawa Riverkeeper will host its first-ever Riverkeeper Classic Golf Tournament at the scenic Tecumseh Golf Course in downtown Gatineau, Quebec. Tournament registration includes nine holes of golf with a power cart, dinner, and the opportunity to win fantastic prizes and bid on unforgettable experiences—all while supporting programs that protect the ecological health of the Ottawa River and its tributaries. Non-golfers can also sign up for cocktails, dinner, and the live auction!
This inaugural event is one of the first major fundraising events for Ottawa Riverkeeper’s Big River Give, a $5 million campaign—the largest in our history—aimed at securing a healthy future for the Ottawa River and its watershed. This campaign will connect you and your community to the river like never before, leveraging our new home at the NCC River House to expand Ottawa Riverkeeper’s programs and build a community of river advocates ready to take action on critical environmental issues.
